- Employer disciplinary Hearings
- Investigations by your professional or regulatory body
- Representation at coroners
This product is not suitable for individuals who have cover for this type of work elsewhere, GP’s, or those that have not yet completed CCT (or equivalent). Please refer to Policy Summary for key exclusions.
Policy
This policy is underwritten by Berkshire Hathaway International Insurance Ltd, who wholly own Premium Medical Protection and our principle firm Harley Street Insurance Group. We act as your insurer in arranging this insurance. We only offer products from a single insurer. This policy is not being offered on the basis of recommendation or advice, please read through the documentation and decide if this policy is right for you.
Cancellation terms
This policy has a 14 day cooling off period, if notice of cancellation is received during this time that policy will be cancelled and a full refund of premium will be made.
If notice of cancellation is received outside of this time the policy will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
Details to apply
You will need your GMC number, Date you completed CCT or equivalent, date you require cover to commence (please note we cannot offer commencement of cover more than 7 days after the date of application), and details of any previous indemnifiers. Payment will be taken by card should you wish to proceed with cover once you have received your quote.
